Vivek Sharma is a highly skilled Manager with over 13 years of experience in the field of Workday HCM, Learning, Integration, EM/PM, and CSOD. He has extensive experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, gap analysis, and solution definition of client requirements. He is also experienced in mentoring teams on Workday Payroll and Workday Absence domain and providing post-implementation support to more than 25 Workday clients globally. Vivek has expertise in configuring Workday HCM sub-modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence, as well as developing complex reports in Workday HCM. He has experience with standard implementation activities including system configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-implementation support. He manages customer projects to ensure timely, quality, and successful delivery of services, liaises between businesses and technical resources, and sales stakeholders and contacts. He identifies additional opportunities for enhanced service, monitors contract Service Level Agreements (SLA), identifies areas of process improvement, and reports and presents on quarterly service levels to ensure contract value for the customer.
