Vivek Shrivastava is an accomplished HR Manager with over 10 years of experience in corporate management. He is a Law and Management graduate with expertise in HR department setup, formulating HR strategy, campus hiring, competitors mapping, head hunting, drafting HR policies, negotiations, corporate communications, and development. He is also an expert in drafting and reviewing various types of business contracts, liaising, negotiating and closing business deals, arbitration, and mediation to enforce specific performance against the breach of contract. Currently, Vivek is working as an HR Manager at Rediff.com. His responsibilities include talent acquisition, employer branding, campus engagement, liaison with business heads, reviewing HR policies and practices periodically to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework, conducting attrition analysis, exit & stay interviews, HR partnership with department heads, handling all legal summons and appearances in the region, maintaining the lawyers panel for cases that may arise, managing vendors for office supplies and maintenance, managing attendance and leave data, working closely with the Sr. VP (Head of HR) for all work related to HR department, improving work relationships, building morale and increasing productivity and retention, designing and implementing increments strategy concurrent with business & market expectations, partnering with compensation specialists to analyze salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation, managing succession plan for business leaders, and conducting employee engagement/sentiment surveys. Previously, Vivek has worked as an Assistant Manager HR at Innovaccer and Senior Executive HR at Unicon Investment Solutions. Vivek holds an MBA in Human Resources from Kurukshetra University, a Master of Business Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from National Law School of India University, and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Law from Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He also possesses technical expertise in software engineering and senior software engineering.
