As the Head of DevOps, CloudOps, DBA, ISO, Process & Compliance teams at Aurigo, Vivek is responsible for leading cloud cost optimization initiatives that help the enterprise be more profitable. He is an SME for FedRAMP, StateRAMP, SOC2, ISO22301:2019, NIST 800-53 & CSA audits/assessments, and specializes in Amazon Web Services (AWS), automation of 24/7 enterprise monitoring using NewRelic, PagerDuty, VictorOps, Powershell, and deployment, configuration & end-to-end management of complex security & utility tools like CrowdStrike, Dell Secureworks security tools suite, Qualys complete IIS Web Server on Windows Servers (all versions), T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server database administration (all versions) & writing detailed technical & process documents. Vivek is an efficient & detail-oriented professional with a keen eye on optimizing/replacing existing processes & technologies as necessary to improve employee, team & organization's productivity.
