Vivek Singh is a Senior HR Executive at Datum Technologies Group with over 4 years of relevant experience. He strongly believes in the power of failure stories as a source of inspiration for success. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Datum Software Inc. Prior to his current role, Vivek has worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at IDC Technologies, a privately held staffing services corporation with operations in the U.S. and Canada and related party operations in India. During his tenure, he was responsible for full-cycle recruiting of senior/mid-level functional and technical resources. He designed and implemented the overall recruiting strategy, developed and updated job descriptions and specifications, and performed job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Vivek sourced and recruited candidates using databases, social media, and other channels. He screened resumes and applications, conducted interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods, and assessed applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. He provided shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, sent job offer emails, and answered queries about compensation and benefits. Vivek collaborated with managers to identify future hiring needs and acted as a consultant to new hires, helping them onboard. Vivek has also worked as a DEI Executive Resourcing at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from UPTU and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monad University. He completed his high school education from Army Welfare Education Society Institute and Technology.
