Vivek Singh is an experienced Deputy Manager with over 8 years of experience in the telecom industry. Currently working with Rel Pro Prep Manser Ltd, he is responsible for handling a team of 47 engineers for Jio Fiber operations, including service delivery, quality, and manpower cost. He supervises the engineers and ensures smooth operations of the team. In his previous role at Veloce Tech Information Pvt. Ltd., Vivek managed telecom projects for Ascend Telecom Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for maintaining the quality of survey by field engineers at the site and presenting reports to clients at the head office in Bangalore. He planned, managed, reported, and billed projects at client sites to meet all requirements. Vivek also managed 36 teams of 108 members for field operations and was responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, O&M, and submission of invoices. Prior to Veloce Tech Information Pvt. Ltd., Vivek worked at Fourth Dimension Solutions Limited as a Senior Engineer. He handled outdoor Wi-Fi projects for Rajasthan headquarters and some government premises using Aruba outdoor to provide wireless connectivity. Vivek was responsible for collecting sign-off documents for billing purposes and attending meetings with government customers to provide proper solutions for smooth execution of processes. Vivek holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. He has expertise in infra and has demonstrated his skills in managing teams and projects effectively.
