Vivek Suriyamoorthy is a software architect, problem solver, and product designer with over 13 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Everstage, a no-code commissions automation platform that removes recurring busywork for Ops and Finance teams and provides a transparent and gamified incentives experience to customer-facing teams. Prior to Everstage, Vivek worked at Arcesium as a Principal Engineer and Project Lead. As a Principal Engineer, he pitched a new initiative to disrupt the UX and Visualization of the Arcesium Platform, garnering interest among the leadership and product owners across the firm. He also built an application for Systemic Risk Filing (Compliance Regulatory Filings) from the ground up, designing and coding both the back-end and front-end. As a lead front-end engineer, Vivek collaborated with the front-end infra team for best practices, designing common components, front-end testing, and various other initiatives. As a Project Lead, Vivek led the Valuation engineering team in Arcesium, responsible for planning and executing business deliverables (both BAU and R&D) in time. He played a major role in completing a critical project that enabled them to onboard JPM as a client. He was also a lead developer in the firm's Portfolio Accounting Software and played an important role in doing PS for their other early clients. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from PSG College of Technology. His tech stack includes senior software engineering, frontend and backend development, product design, testing, and infrastructure. Vivek's passion for innovation and problem-solving is evident in his work, and he is always seeking new ways to improve processes and create world-class products.
