Vivek has a proven track record of successfully leading product teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. Currently, Vivek is the Vice President of Products at Mettl, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company in the HR and Education Tech space with over 2500 customers, including Amazon, Microsoft, SAP, Wells Fargo, and Accenture. In his current role, he is responsible for leading product teams to help organizations transform their talent strategy using Mettl's cutting-edge products. Vivek's expertise lies in Product Management, Product Strategy, Roadmap, Product Design, Analytics, Go-to-market, Sales Enablement, New Product Development, and Competitor Analysis. He is a big proponent of product-led culture and believes in leading from behind to empower his team to achieve their goals. Prior to his current role, Vivek held various leadership positions at Mettl, including Director and Associate Director of Products. He played a key role in building products from scratch, scaling high-growth products, and managing multi-million dollar mature products at fast-growing startups. Vivek is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where he obtained his MBA in International Business with a focus on Marketing & Trade. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. He received his early education from Army Public School, where he developed a strong foundation in Science & Mathematics. Vivek's technical skills include Product Management, Test, and Product Design.
