Vivian Abraham is a seasoned digital strategist and executive with over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 firms, shaping their new age internet / social media, mobile and multi-screen experiences. With a background as a programmer, designer, strategist, researcher, innovator and salesperson all rolled into one, Vivian has successfully managed to run UX/Product design teams, building and managing engineering teams, running innovation teams and councils, setting up processes for working with offshore / nearshore teams, and leading sales and account management in North America. Currently, Vivian is the VP of Engineering at SpurTree Technologies, where she is responsible for leading a team of UI/UX, Mobile and Web engineers to deliver world-class products with core focus on Usability, Internet, Mobile and Social applications. As a part of their delivery model, Vivian also handles the innovation lab building proof of concepts and production apps on cutting-edge technologies, platforms, hardware and evolving new business ideas. She is also responsible for operations and timely delivery of projects of the engineering team. Prior to joining SpurTree Technologies, Vivian was the AVP - Strategic Accounts at Photon Infotech, where she headed the US west coast operations of the organisation with a focus on the Fortune 100 customer base. She was responsible for account and relationship management, delivery management of projects with key customers, running innovation councils with customers, liaising with offshore team, team management, hiring and training of new engineers. As a core part of account management, Vivian was also responsible for revenue numbers for the west coast with a portfolio size totaling $12 Million/yr. Vivian has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Madras, which she completed in 1999. Her technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, UI, Web, product designer, designer, and Research Scientist. With 22.95 years of relevant experience, Vivian is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of success in the digital strategy and executive space.
