Viyom Jain is a highly accomplished Managing Director and Global Business Unit Head at Nagarro, with over 14 years of experience in the CRM and ERP space. He has been instrumental in setting up the global CRM and ERP business units at Nagarro and has executed several successful projects in Salesforce, Dynamics CRM and AX, Oracle EBS, Infor M3 and Marketing Automation space. Viyom has a proven track record of delivering successful projects, managing global delivery of projects with a team size of 700+ people, and ensuring effective project delivery. As a result-oriented practitioner, he has a strategic view and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and activities in parallel while focusing on the most critical items. His expertise includes program and project management, business unit and practice management, client management, process excellence, revenue and P&L management, forecasting and reporting, people management, sales and pre-sales, global delivery, CxO relationship management, managing CRM and ERP Centre of Excellence (CoE), alliance management, vendor management, strategic planning, client workshops, and management consulting. Viyom is a PMP certified professional and has completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from GLIM. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from SRCC, Delhi University, and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. With his expertise in Salesforce, Viyom has been a founder member of the first Salesforce Partner User Group in India (North India PUG). He has effectively managed escalation of issues/road blocks and ensured resolution, followed change control procedures, and maintained stakeholder agreement beforehand for any revisions to the project from project sponsors.
