Vlad Salagean is a seasoned Delivery Manager with over 19 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, he serves as the Delivery Manager for one of Endava's largest clients in the payments sector, where he is responsible for scaling the eCom payments stream, a flagship product stream of the company, from 130 colleagues to 240+ in less than 2 years. He manages 28 Scrum teams in 5 locations, working SAFe, and is responsible for stabilizing, reorganizing, and growing the merchant solutions portal stream, which now has about 60+ colleagues in 2 locations. Vlad has successfully consolidated the leadership team and helped reduce the release cadence from 6 months to 6 weeks. Prior to his current role, Vlad served as the Head of Applications Management at Endava, where he was responsible for setting up a new discipline in the Bucharest delivery unit and its related practices, including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Service Delivery Management. He managed client service management for the initial engagements, recruited, coached, and managed senior team members, and grew the team from 1 to 100+ in about 2 years. Vlad successfully delivered Applications Management services for a series of major accounts, set up a leadership team designed to sustain the growth, and developed the required capability to deliver services. He also initiated Salesforce capability for the company and a learning & innovation initiative inside the Bucharest delivery unit called Marketplace. Vlad holds a BS in Computer Science from the Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca and a degree in Analyst Programmer from Liceul de Informatica "Tiberiu-Popoviciu" Cluj-Napoca. He is proficient in DevOps and Salesforce and has relevant experience of 19.71 years.
