VLS Ravi is a technology leader and mentor with 9 years of software engineering experience building applications for high performing engineering organizations. He is currently working as a Tech Lead - Engineering at Byju's, having been transferred from Toppr after the acquisition. His role and responsibilities remain the same with more products to handle. VLS Ravi is well-versed with Agile-scrum methodologies and complete SDLC. He has hands-on experience on 35+ apps and has a diverse skill set that includes Mobile Application Development, iOS, Flutter, Team management, Wireframing, and Documentation. In his previous role as Tech Lead-iOS at Toppr, VLS Ravi was responsible for sprint planning & conducting scrum meetings, design & wireframes review, PR review, development, unit testing, distribution to beta testers & guide the team to work on feedback, and app store submission. He also developed SDKs for the company. Prior to that, VLS Ravi worked at Groundhog as an iOS Lead (MTS-II), where he was responsible for scaling the mobility solutions offered for Mining and Construction industry. His responsibilities included sprint planning, design & wireframes review, PR review, development, unit testing, and SDK development. VLS Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT), Durg. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Senior Software Engineer, AI, Mobile, ML, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, test, Flutter, Integration, Software Engineer, Objective-c, Spark, and Swift.
