He is currently working as a Tech Lead - Engineering at Byju's, having been transferred from Toppr after the acquisition. His role and responsibilities remain the same with more products to handle. VLS Ravi is well-versed with Agile-scrum methodologies and complete SDLC. He has hands-on experience on 35+ apps and possesses skills in mobile application development, iOS, Flutter, team management, wireframing, and documentation. Prior to Byju's, VLS Ravi worked as a Tech Lead-iOS at Toppr where he was responsible for sprint planning & conducting scrum meetings, design & wireframes review, PR review, development, unit testing, distribution to beta testers, guiding the team to work on feedback, and app store submission. He also worked on SDK development. Before that, he was an iOS Lead (MTS-II) at Groundhog where he scaled the mobility solutions offered for the mining and construction industry, and worked on sprint planning, design & wireframes review, PR review, development, unit testing, and SDK development. VLS Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT), Durg. His tech stack includes senior software engineer, iOS, Flutter, test, Swift, mobile, integration, and software engineer. With relevant experience of 9.70 years, VLS Ravi is a tech lead who possesses a strong understanding of software engineering principles and is passionate about building high-quality applications. He is a team player and an excellent communicator who is always willing to mentor and guide his team members.
