Vrinda Saluja is a graduate student at the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee University and a diploma in Android technologies from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing. With 3.36 years of experience, Vrinda has worked as an SAP HR Consultant at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd, where she was deputed at Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, an Energy Distribution organization with over 34,000 employees. Her project role entailed processing employee data, organizational data, employee payroll, and time management. Vrinda's scope of direct contact with the client changed throughout the duration of the project, starting from migration of 7000+ employees, support and training for over 3000+ employees, and executing payroll of 2500+ employees on a monthly basis. Vrinda's domain of work did not only include technical development but also focused on meeting client's requirements such as mapping business processes, analyzing business needs, identifying areas of improvement, and effectively collaborating technical resources with business requirements to ensure a perfect system design. Her experience has given her the potential to pursue a more rewarding career by learning more about Human Resource Management. Currently, Vrinda is working as an In-Store Service Agent 1 at Best Buy Canada, where she is a Geek Squad agent. Her past experiences include working as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture, where she worked as an SAP HCM consultant at Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation. Vrinda is pursuing a Master of Management in Human Resources Management at the University of Windsor, which she is expected to complete in December 2023.
