Vrutik Shah is an Electrical Engineering graduate from UC San Diego with a keen interest in Computer Vision, Robotics, and Autonomous Systems. Currently pursuing his B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IITGn '22, Vrutik has a broad understanding of NLP and Computer Vision. He has worked on neural machine translation projects and human-robot interaction using natural speech. Vrutik is interested in developing deep learning-based autonomous systems for drone navigation. As a hobby, Vrutik has developed and designed games in Unity3D. He also has experience in creating AR-based applications using Vuforia. Currently, Vrutik is interning at ITC, where he is expanding his knowledge of the industry and gaining practical experience. Previously, Vrutik has worked as a Technical Secretary and Academic Tutor at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. As an Academic Tutor, Vrutik tutored first-year B.Tech students in the Electrical Systems course. Vrutik's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT Gandhinagar, which he will complete in December 2022. He also attended N.L. Dalmia High School. Vrutik's tech stack includes Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and NLP. With 2.53 years of relevant experience, Vrutik is passionate about exploring new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
