Vyshak PP is the Director and Founder of Motify.in and a Graduate Innovation Engineer at Forge Accelerator. He is currently working on projects such as RivLET and STUDOOB. Vyshak is a skilled professional with 7.20 years of relevant experience in the field of innovation, technology, and engineering. As a Graduate Innovation Engineer at Forge Accelerator, Vyshak is part of the ProtoSem fellowship program, a 20-week, full-semester course that nurtures and guides students to develop core technical concepts and key engineering skills. He works with students from different engineering, technical, and science streams to design, develop, and test innovative tech-enabled solutions to solve real-world problems sponsored by the industry, government, or social sector. Vyshak gains skills and competencies to transform himself into a creative problem-solver capable of building deployable/usable prototypes, selecting and applying technology to create cost-effective solutions, and managing the process of innovation to mitigate and reduce risks. Vyshak has previously worked as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at IEDC in Vidya Academy of Science and Technology and as the Executive Director of Motify Innovations Private Limited. He has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vidya Academy of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engg., Mysore, and Visvesvaraya Technological University. Vyshak has also completed a course from Cornell University. Vyshak's tech stack includes testing, and he has expertise in customer development and discovery, value-proposition validation, market definition and sizing, customer acquisition, revenue model, and competition analysis. He is a fully rounded professional with a balanced set of skills in the innovation, technology, and engineering talent dimensions.
