Warren K.P. Lamb is a highly driven computer engineer with over 10 years of experience in full-stack web and blockchain development, recruitment, leadership, and product management. He is currently the Product Manager at Grain Discovery, where he is responsible for providing product management and solutions consulting on a digital exchange platform for agricultural commodities. Warren has proven technical leadership experience in developing complex software solutions that consistently exceed the expectations of clients and business leaders. He is interested in a position where he can harness his extensive technological and business knowledge to develop strategically innovative business solutions. At Grain Discovery, Warren has established quarterly development plans, defined internal and external business requirements, developed code base structure, designed front-end elements and navigation, and coordinated multidisciplinary teams throughout the development process, customer integration, and platform implementation. He has also managed the recruitment process for the development team, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training team members. Prior to his current role, Warren worked as a Blockchain/Full Stack Engineer at Grain Discovery, where he was responsible for software development, including implementing major UI features, state management, and business integration. He also designed and developed a supply chain traceability product using blockchain technology and evaluated and integrated third-party technologies, including payment and ERP systems. Warren was a guest speaker on Blockchain at the Canadian Southwest Ag Conference and Fuller-Landau client breakfast. Before joining Grain Discovery, Warren was a Partner at Schumacher Lamb, where he personally designed and built specialized proof-of-work systems for the mining and production of cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum, Siacoin, Dash, and Bitcoin. He also implemented and managed a proof-of-stake validator on the Ethereum 2.0 Beacon Chain. Warren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Queen's University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma and Ontario Secondary School Diploma with Honours from Upper Canada College. His technical skills include product management, blockchain, web development, integration, frontend and backend development, software engineering, and infrastructure.
