She was responsible for strategic planning and multi-year digitalization roadmap transforming legacy technology stacks and practices to highly adaptable and expandable enablement pillars with product-centric delivery practices. At Visa, she was the Chief Systems Architect, where she was responsible for strategizing business initiatives with forward-thinking technology evolutions, establishing multi-year platform transformation target state and its roadmap, leading product development in all facets from strategic to tactical implementation and from conception to post-deployment. Wei has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University and a Master's degree in Modern Chinese Literature from Zhejiang University. She also holds a degree in Literature from Zhejiang University. Her tech stack includes senior software engineer, integration, and research scientist.
