Wendy Lin is a seasoned Design Lead at IDEO with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field of design. She is currently responsible for leading the design team at IDEO and ensuring that all design projects are delivered to the highest standards. Prior to her current role, Wendy worked at IDEO as a Principal Designer and Designer, where she honed her skills in design thinking, user research, and prototyping. Her experience in these roles has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the design process and how to effectively manage design projects from start to finish. Wendy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School, where she specialized in General Management and was admitted through the 2+2 program. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Texas at Austin - The Red McCombs School of Business, where she studied Business Honors and Finance. As a designer, Wendy is highly skilled in various design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision. She is also proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which allows her to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure that designs are implemented as intended. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys reading design blogs and attending design conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
