Will Chen is a junior at Brown University, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics. He is a software engineer with experience in full stack and computer vision, and is particularly interested in infrastructure, developing scalable systems, and the intersection of computer science and finance. Will has worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for courses such as Computer Vision and Data Ethics at Brown University. He is also an award-winning self-taught composer and multi-genre pianist, and has a certification in bartending. In the summer of 2022, Will will be joining Goldman Sachs as an Engineering Summer Analyst. He is excited to apply his skills and knowledge in software engineering to the finance industry and gain valuable experience at one of the leading investment banks in the world. Will's technical skills include computer vision, Spring, software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, frontend and backend development. He has 1.43 years of relevant experience and is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of computer science. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Will is a jazz and horror film enthusiast. He enjoys exploring different genres of music and film, and is always looking for new recommendations.
