Will Robinson is a highly experienced Professional Services Manager with over 12 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. Currently serving as the Services Manager for EMEA at Contentful, he leads a team of Solution Architects and Solution Delivery Managers, providing technical guidance and implementation support for Contentful's enterprise customers. Will is responsible for developing services strategy and providing leadership within the Customer Success department, ensuring that customers working with Contentful receive the best possible support. Prior to his current role, Will served as a Solution Architect within the Customer Success department at Contentful, where he provided large enterprise customers with technical and strategic guidance relating to their implementation of Contentful. He was responsible for designing bespoke solutions and architectures, delivering workshops and training sessions, reviewing implementation progress, and providing technical expertise during onboarding. Internally, he developed best practice guidance around Contentful, optimized and iterated on Customer Success strategy and implementation, and consulted with product and engineering teams to ensure product development proceeded in line with customer and market expectations. Before joining Contentful, Will worked at the British Museum as a Lead Technologist, where he managed a team of technologists, designers, and product managers to deliver against the museum's digital strategy. He was accountable for technology strategy and implementation of major digital projects and played a fundamental part in consolidating and simplifying the museum's technology stack, introducing new business lines, and generating revenue for the museum. Will holds a Master of Fine Arts in Computational Studio Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Computing and Interaction Design, both from Goldsmiths College, University of London. He is a Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Will is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and he is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop his skills.
