Will Tiet is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 14 years of experience in various positions, including software tester, software developer, team leader, and trainer. He has been focusing on Mobile Development, mainly iOS, during the recent years. As a developer, Will built the iOS framework that can generate multiple apps for digital edition magazines. As a team leader, he ran a team, led them, guided them, and together they had achievements. Will took responsibility for code-level review, technical decisions, providing solutions, task management, and recruitment. He is also in charge of app distributions, expertise in Apple development process, distribution policies. As a trainer, Will trained and built an iOS start-up team, presented iOS programming sections, reviewed their work, and gave them advice. Will is good at problem-solving, prioritizing, and pays attention to details. He can handle work under high-pressure situations, and last but not least, he thinks out of the box. Currently, Will is working as a Software Engineer at HubSpot. He previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Exact, where he was part of an awesome team of the top player in SME business software. Will also worked as a Senior iOS Developer at Lazada TechHub, where he contributed to the Lazada iOS application as a part of an international scrum team. Will holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Science Ho Chi Minh City, where he studied from 2003 to 2008.
