Will Wells is the Founder and CEO of Hummingbird Technologies, a drone and satellite enabled data and imagery analytics business for precision agriculture. His technology uses the most advanced Machine Learning and computer vision techniques to deliver actionable insights on crop health directly to the field. With a team of computer scientists, software engineers, big data experts, and agronomists, combined with the backing of big agri-businesses and leading academic universities, Hummingbird is well-equipped to drive the next generation of precision agriculture. Before founding Hummingbird, Will pursued an MBA at INSEAD, where he gained valuable business skills and knowledge. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Analyst and Partner at Highclere International Investors, a long-only international small and mid-cap investment fund. At Highclere, Will was responsible for the fund's investment into Automotive, Renewable Energy, Electric Equipment, Property Developer, and Consumer Household stocks. Will's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD, where he graduated in 2015, and 'A' Levels in English, Economics, History, and French from Radley College. He also attended Summer Fields School. Will's tech stack includes Computer Vision, Big Data, and Machine Learning. With 14.04 years of relevant experience, he is well-equipped to lead Hummingbird Technologies and drive innovation in precision agriculture.
