Willem Bult is an entrepreneur and product/engineering leader with a passion for helping people live healthier, happier, and more conscious lives. He is broadly interested in domains of consciousness, mental health/wellness, human connection, social equity, and climate. Currently, Willem is volunteering as a mentor and coaching engineering leaders in a variety of topics as a Fellow at On Deck. He is coaching in areas such as personal growth and development, team culture, scaling organizations, performance management, setting strategy and roadmaps. Willem is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cloud Sangha, an inclusive community of meditators deepening mindfulness practices together through expert instruction. Their mission is to help transform lives and reduce suffering by making the deep integration of mindfulness teachings accessible to more people. Cloud Sangha was started by two renowned mindfulness meditation teachers — Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach — alongside two seasoned entrepreneurs and meditators. Prior to his current role, Willem volunteered as an Engineering Leadership Mentor at Plato, where he coached engineering leaders in various topics. He has also worked as a Visiting Researcher at Stanford University and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Technische Universiteit Delft. Willem is experienced in the field of integration and has 11.86 years of relevant experience. Willem is a Consciousness Explorer, Product Leader, Investor, and Advisor. He is passionate about helping people live their best lives and is committed to making a positive impact on society. Willem's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Technische Universiteit Delft and an Atheneum in Natural Sciences & Technology from Esdal College.
