William Astolfi is a Director level manager with over 10 years of experience in business development through organic and inorganic growth. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, leading the entire lifecycle of an M&A transaction. William is also experienced in public tender processes and "greenfield" projects. He is responsible for presenting projects to the Investment Committee and Board of Directors. William's strong leadership skills have resulted in him being responsible for a high potential team. He has knowledge of different industries, including infrastructure, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, media, telecom, real estate, and hospitality. His areas of interest include business development, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. Currently, William is a Membro do Conselho de Administração at Cinesystem Cinemas, one of Brazil's leading cinema exhibition companies. He is responsible for managing the Group's Marketing area, business intelligence, projects and pricing, product development, special projects, sales administration, and external communication. Previously, William was the Co-Founder and CEO of B•Homy, a startup that aimed to fill a gap in the real estate and hospitality markets. He worked tirelessly to provide the best short-term lodging and hospitality experience for customers. Before that, William was the Marketing Director at Grupo Libra, where he managed the Group's Marketing area, responsible for business intelligence, projects and pricing, product development, special projects, sales administration, and external communication. William's education includes an Executive Education degree in Real Estate Development from Insper, an Executive Education degree in Mergers and Acquisitions from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, a Masters degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, and a Specialization degree in Mergers and Acquisitions from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
