William Chinburg is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with over 9 years of experience in building and leading high-performance recruiting teams. Currently, he is serving as the Head of Leadership Recruiting at Dandy, where he is responsible for building an executive recruiting practice inside the business. As a result of his efforts, Dandy has stopped taking on any additional recruiting agencies or staffing partners, including tech tools. Before joining Dandy, William was the Head of Talent at the same company, where he was the first recruiter/employee #13. He built and led the initial talent acquisition team, established a culture of recruiting excellence, and closed key early hires. He was also a Senior Talent Advisor at Primary Venture Partners, where he was the first Talent Advisor to one of the top early-stage investors in NYC. William has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Management from the University of Pittsburgh. He has a proven track record of driving results through innovative sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives. With his extensive experience in the talent acquisition industry, William has developed a reputation for being a strategic thinker, team player, and problem solver.
