With over 3 years of relevant experience, he is currently working as a Software Engineer at Doximity, where he is responsible for the Backend Core and writes a lot of Ruby and Go. He has also managed and improved authorization core and subsystems, implemented state-of-the-art specs such as OAuth 2.0 DPoP and verified device push MFA, and handled application security and reliability stories through their successful IPO. William has previously worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Autodesk and Doximity, where he has developed a system for overlaying blueprints, implemented a Lanczos resampler and convolution system to improve image render quality, and created a developer commit linting package for their repositories to improve change tracking. He has also developed an internal question & answer extension to Doximity’s internal wiki, created an automatic documentation creator, and made multiple npm modules.
