William Ogle is a highly experienced Creator, Architect and Developer with over 17 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently the Design Principal and Founder of ogledesigns.com, where he is responsible for the Design Development of Co-Living, Single Family, Multifamily, Commercial Office, Light Industrial & Mixed-Use Projects. William is skilled in Vision, Market Research, HBU, Feasibility, Acquisition, & Development Management, Concept Design, Entitlement, Design Documentation & Contract Administration. In his past roles, William has served as the Managing Director Americas at Massa Global, where he was responsible for Design Development, Vision & Site Selection, Input Research with Highest & Best Use (HBU) evaluation, Concept & Schematic Design, Feasibility, Acquisition, Creative Financing, & Investor Packages, Design Brief & Concept Master Plan, Consultant Management & Project Delivery. He has also worked as the Chief of Research & Development at Phenomenalab, where he founded a multidisciplinary team combining Design Thinking/Technology to unlock extrasensory tools & experiences in physical/virtual space. William has a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelors in Design from the University of Florida, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Santa Fe College. He is skilled in Senior Software Engineering and Research Science, and has worked on a variety of projects including a 3.5 million SF Mixed Use community in Dubai that has just completed the Master Plan approval and whose program includes Hotels, Villas, and Luxury Retail, and a second development in the Caribbean which consists of a 1.5 million SF beachfront site with Luxury Hotels, Villas and a Beach Club.
