William Otte is a highly skilled and experienced Research Scientist and Software Engineer with over a decade of experience in creating practical solutions to complex problems in the areas of distributed, real-time, and embedded systems. He has a proven track record of working with government and industry sponsors to deliver successful research projects and has documented his findings in numerous high-quality conferences and journals. William is a highly adaptable individual who is able to quickly comprehend complex systems. He has experience working with the full gamut of the software stack, including low-level protocol implementations in the Linux kernel, user space distribution and deployment middleware, and model-driven engineering tools. Currently, William is working as a Software Engineer at Nevelex Corporation, where he is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions for clients.
