Winston Iskandar is a multi-talented high school student with a passion for music, technology, and education. As a concert pianist, he has honed his skills through years of practice and performance. As a freelance web and app developer, he has built a strong foundation in software engineering, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python and Java. Winston is also the co-founder and president of mathisi-fy, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering underrepresented students around the world to pursue careers in computer science and technology. With over 6,000 students in 40+ countries, he has coordinated mathisi-fy chapters in Zambia and Nigeria and organized events such as Holiday-fy 2020, bringing in sponsors, marketing across different platforms, and figuring out logistics. In addition to his work with mathisi-fy, Winston has also served as a community lead for hack club, organizing community events and collaborating on projects with other Hack Clubbers. He has also participated in the Google Code-In 2019 competition and contributed to the Mifos Initiative. Winston's education history includes attending Mira Costa High School and the Colburn School, where he continues to develop his musical skills. His technical skills and experience in web development, software engineering, and machine learning make him a valuable asset to any team.
