Wishwas Mohan is an experienced software professional with over 15 years of expertise in delivering and managing software products and platforms. Wishwas managed the Natural Language Model generation tool and worked on several projects, including topic modeling tools for customer intent analysis, blending virtual agents and human agents to enhance accuracy of virtual agent responses, and building a RESTful interface for automating deployment of static assets used by the AI platform. Before joining 24/7.ai, Wishwas served as an Engineering Manager at Entytle. In this role, he was the second full-time engineering hire and managed an engineering team responsible for the design, architecture, development, and delivery of a SAAS sales analytics product. He also led the architecture and development of a web application for installed base management and revenue growth using React.js UI stack and Java (Spring Boot) backend. Wishwas set up infrastructure on AWS and defined and set up CI-CD processes using Jenkins, Sonar, etc. He helped build the team from 2 engineers to 20+ full-time engineers across the US and India. Wishwas holds an MS-MBA in Information Systems and Strategy and Business Analysis, Finance from Boston University. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
