Xian has a proven track record of success in the industry, having previously worked as a Junior Software Engineer at prove and as a Software Developer II at nexgen technologies, inc. During his time at nexgen, Xian developed key functionality in AngularJS applications for Government users to create and track well permits. He also refactored Java and Javascript to reduce technical debt, allowing NexGen to meet all of its goals. Xian is proficient in using JIRA ticketing system to keep track of bugs and new features and finishing tickets before the allotted story points. He is also experienced in managing processes with Bizflow as a workflow manager to test code in different environments. Xian's expertise in MyBatis XML for complex SQL queries has allowed him to perform CRUD operations for the AFMSS project. He decreased developing time by 20% by using both Google chrome developer tools and Tomcat to debug. Xian has worked on a multitude of modules within the main project due to his ability to quickly pick up new material. Xian's education background includes a Full Stack Java degree from Skill Distillery and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business. Xian's tech stack includes Web3, Software Engineer, SQL, test, Javascript, Java, and AngularJS. Outside of work, Xian enjoys traveling to new places, finding new restaurants to eat at, and going on hikes with his puppy.
