Xiaoguang Li is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 17 years of experience in delivering software solutions in big data and large scale distributed cloud infrastructure. Currently, he is working at Compass as a Senior Software Engineer. Xiaoguang has a strong track record of designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and monitoring encryption-in-transit solutions in Salesforce cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance and high availability of service in thousands of production servers. He has worked as a Lead Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, where he was responsible for Software Defined Security and Salesforce Cloud Infrastructure. Prior to joining Compass, Xiaoguang worked at Sonos, Inc., where he was a Tech Lead for the Sonos Music Service Partner Team. He designed and built automation solutions to improve the efficiency of onboarding new music services. He also hired, onboarded, and grew automation engineers. Xiaoguang holds an MS in Computer Science from the Oregon Health and Science University, an ME in Computer Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing Jiaotong University.
