Xie Lu is a seasoned software engineering lead with over 10 years of industry experience specializing in web applications development. He is currently a Senior Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn, where he serves as the Lead Architect for the Hiring Platform. In this role, he is responsible for building a customizable, reliable, scalable, maintainable, intelligent, and enterprise-grade talent platform that enables LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business to thrive.
