Yahav N. Hoffman is a highly experienced Software Engineer with a passion for cybersecurity and psychology. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Yahav has mastered Java, C++, and Python scripts, with a particular focus on Selenium automation, design patterns, and architecture. He is also experienced in NodeJS, MongoDB, SQL, ElasticSearch, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Currently, Yahav works as a Technology Leader at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, where he leads a team of engineers in solving challenges and developing solutions for the Avanan Cloud Security Platform. He is responsible for code quality, maintenance of legacy and new features and services, and developing spoofing tools and malware for testing and analysis. He also develops multi-threading code, hybrid OOP concepts, and tests such as Units, Components, Integrations, and E2E. In addition, Yahav is experienced in security, malware, spyware, and pentesting, making him a valuable asset to any cybersecurity team. Yahav's education includes a BSc in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, as well as certifications in CEH v9 - Certified Ethical Hacker, System Architecture, Automation Engineering, and Infrastructure, and QA Engineer & ISTQB Certified.
