Yash Vardhan Raizada is a Software Engineer at Microsoft, currently working on building MS Teams. He completed his undergraduate studies from IIT Kanpur, where he developed an interest in solving problems related to Software Engineering, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. Yash has a diverse work experience, having worked as a Data Scientist in an academic project focused on Automatic Traffic Incident Detection, a Product Data Analyst Intern at Green Cure Wellness, and a Software Development Intern at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech. At Green Cure Wellness, Yash worked with Head Strategy in the Director's Office on problems related to product marketing, online display strategy, and user interaction & experience with their website. He conducted in-depth data analysis on performance of cohorts, market research, and opportunity identification for herbal products in Indian as well as international markets. During his internship at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Yash developed a web and app-based infrastructure for managing people and knowledge repository of large teams with 50+ members. The infrastructure comprising a SharePoint portal and a PowerApps was developed and hosted on the LTI Cloud Environment. The project was immediately implemented in practice during the last week of his internship, and over 8 managers started using the portal and app to manage their teams for different on-boarding and upskilling purposes. Yash's favorite pastimes include spending time with family and friends, reading books and articles, surfing the internet, watching movies, and listening to songs. He has a strong educational background, having completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur. He also holds a Class XII degree from CBSE and a Class X degree from CBSE. Yash has experience working with C#, .NET, Geneva Monitoring, CICD Pipelines, Visual Studio, and Azure resources, including but not limited to Service Fabric, Event Hub, Traffic Manager, Load Balancer, VM Scale Sets, Key Vault, Managed Identity, Service Principal, Application Insights, and DevOps. In summary, Yash is a highly skilled Software Engineer with experience working on a variety of projects in different domains. He has a strong educational background and is proficient in various technologies.
