Yash Agarwal is an accomplished entrepreneur and software developer with a passion for Distributed Systems, Blockchain platforms, Decentralised applications, Smart Contracts, Tokenisation/ICOs, and Crypto-based payment systems for centralised business models. He has an ability to self-start projects right from the inception phase to the deployment, making him a valuable asset to any team. Yash built the initial technology team of 4 to convert the idea into the product from scratch. He created an organisational structure to deliver high-quality products at the fastest speed, and he is responsible for team building, architecture, process making, timelines, and releases. He introduced collaboration models, agile best practices and scrum practices to improve product delivery efficiency. He decided architecture and stack to optimise speed & ROI for a scalable & highly iterative environment. Prior to joining Worth Network Inc, Yash co-founded Nurture Labs, a company that helps non-tech entrepreneurs, enterprises, and SMEs go from Idea to a scalable product at lightning-fast speed and at a fraction of the cost. He also served as a Tech Lead at Logiqids, where he helped refine the initial idea of the product, automated the internal workflows, built the first iteration of the backend from scratch, recruited the product team, hired and trained a tech team of 4 to strategize and execute the business requirements. Yash holds a Dual Degree in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is a product manager, decentralised, software engineer, senior software engineer, AI, UI, and backend developer. With almost 8 years of relevant experience, Yash has established himself as a reliable and knowledgeable professional in the tech industry.
