Yash Chapani is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in finance. Currently working as a Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs, Yash is skilled in a variety of programming languages and technologies including Algorithms, Java, Python, Angular, Database, and Shell scripting. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Yash worked as a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley where he was part of the Prime Brokerage (PB) team. During his time at Morgan Stanley, Yash worked on several key projects including the CSR Workstation, where he helped to provide client data on mobile devices. He also renovated the Swift Infra for trades using Spring Boot, improving throughput by 5x using batch read from JMS queue and concurrency. Additionally, he worked on RestApis for Reconciliation of swift messages across all the system and added a new screen in Angular Web App to show recon data. Yash also worked as a Summer Intern at Morgan Stanley, where he worked with the Investment Management Team on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution to automate the daily INVF swing review process, reducing human effort of 2 hours on a daily basis. Here, he used Pega Robotics Studio with C# scripts for automation. Yash holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from MNNIT, Allahabad, where he graduated in 2019. He also completed his Intermediate education from Utkarsh Vidyalaya in 2015. Yash has a strong technical background and is proficient in a range of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Software Engineer, Mobile, Backend, Infra, Web, SQL, Image Processing, Microservices, and UI.
