Yash Jagdale is a Fullstack Engineering Leader with a passion for overcoming complexity and searching for simplicity. He is an open-source enthusiast and a community member at Kubernetes. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Yash is highly skilled in software engineering, CI/CD, DevOps, and QA. Yash is a team builder and manager with expertise in hiring and mentoring. He is well-versed in serverless app architecture, cloud architecture, data-intensive applications, and distributed systems. Yash has a deep understanding of GO, REST API design, virtualization, monitoring (Grafana and Prometheus), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, user interface, DevOps, and customer integration and support. Currently, Yash is working as a Senior Manager, Management Services at Securonix, where he contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department. He drives initiatives across multiple programs such as build/release, continuous integrations, automation, container orchestration, and observability engineering. Yash has also designed and developed a config-management framework following the GitOps model to manage the configuration of multiple services/hosts in different production environments. Prior to Securonix, Yash worked at Qualys as an Engineering Manager, leading the Dev, QA, and DevOps team for Qualys's new initiative Security Analytics. He also worked at Nice as a Tech Lead, where he designed and maintained automation frameworks, guided team members for writing efficient automation test suites, and designed CI/CD pipelines for production deployments. Yash holds an MCS degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. His tech stack includes Kubernetes, DevOps, AWS, QA, Ansible, Terraform, Senior Software Engineer, Docker, Jenkins, Java, Azure, GCP, integration, test, CI/CD, microservices, and UI.
