Yash Patel is a pragmatic and goal-oriented ETL developer at CIBC with a passion for learning and developing intelligent products using machine learning models. With 2.27 years of relevant experience, Yash has a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, data mining, and big data to extract patterns and trends from complex data using intelligent and analytical methods. Yash has a strong academic background in Applied Computing, having completed his Master's degree from the University of Windsor in 2021, where he gained knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and data visualization concepts by pursuing Coursera courses. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from L.D College of Engineering, which he completed in 2019. Yash is proficient in programming languages like Core Java, Python, and JavaScript. He has designed SQL and no-SQL based databases in the development of academic projects and gained knowledge to build NLP, text processing, time-series based, and image recognition models using TensorFlow and Keras. He has also used Pandas, NumPy, OpenCV, Matplotlib, Tensorflow, and Keras libraries to build machine learning projects. Yash has collaborated with others and carried out numerous responsibilities to build the front-end using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. He has used Spring, Hibernate, ODBC, and Maven to build the back-end of the project. Yash has also gained information on various testing types and methods during his coursework and performed testing using JUnit5. Before joining CIBC, Yash worked as a Software Developer at the University of Windsor, where he collaborated with team members through the Jira platform and developed an online platform for local businesses built-in ReactJS and Redux. He also streamlined and coordinated configuration/build/release/deployment/process management across all products in their applications. Yash is a tech-savvy individual with a diverse tech stack that includes ETL, ML, SQL, Deep Learning, Keras, test, Javascript, Tensorflow, Seaborn, OpenCV, NLP, Pandas, Spring, Frontend, Backend, Python, Java, Software Engineer, and Redux.
