Yash W. is an experienced Real Estate and Franchise Consultant with a strong background in Hospitality and Retail Brands. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Yash has developed expertise in Retail Leasing, Brand and Operator Search, and strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. He is skilled in Analyzing Business plans, Competition Research, Business Planning, and SWOT analysis. Yash has worked with startups and established brands, and has even developed a brand from scratch. He has extensive experience in working with cross-functional teams and has been an entrepreneur, an employee, an intrapreneur, and everything in between. Yash has a keen interest in Hospitality, entrepreneurship, and travel. Yash started his career in technology and through his foundation in technology, he enabled brands to come up to speed with the needs and wants of E-commerce and Online business. He has a self-trained Digital expertise that got him a role with Chai Kaapi, an upcoming startup in the city. At Chai Kaapi, Yash honed his skills in finding unique ways to promote business and develop new franchises. He worked on new ideas to drive more sales at the stores and prepared presentations for investor pitches. Yash's pursuit of a challenging role led him to become a real estate developer in part, along with a consultant to upcoming brands and established real estate developers across the state of Madhya Pradesh. He is currently the VP of Business Development at alt realtech pvt ltd, an Alternative Investment fund that aims to democratize investing in high-ticket commercial and purpose-built Real Estate Assets. Yash's past experiences include being the Co-Founder of colife studios and apartments, a Co-Living space from asset ownership and management company, where they provide affordable rental housing & accommodation to millennials and students. He was also the Managing Partner at aaa consultants, where he helped brands grow and worked alongside established ones for their expansion and franchising requirements. Yash holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Sinhgad College of Engineering and completed his 12th grade in Computer Science from Choithram School, Indore.
