Yasha Khuthia is an accomplished instructional designer with a strong background in program management, stakeholder management, and strategy consulting. She specializes in conceptualizing strategies for higher education institutions that focus on essential new age skills. Currently, Yasha is responsible for building high-quality courses for online learning to upskill and bring international course content and learning experience to Indian students. Yasha's focus areas include program management, instructional design, stakeholder management, curriculum building, content optimization, and operational efficiency improvement. She has successfully planned and built two 24-week courses for South East Asia partners, which are set to launch in the Indian subcontinent within four months. She is also working on a third course in the pipeline. Yasha is fluent in working with Moodle, Canvas, BrightSpace, Blackboard, and StatrU LMS. Yasha has worked as a consultant at 9.9 Education and as a Manager for Admissions and Outreach at Atria University. She has a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Ashoka University. She has also completed a Summer Course in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Summer Program in Psychology from the University of Cambridge. Yasha completed her International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme from The Cathedral Vidya School Lonavala and her 10th - IGCSE from NES International School Mumbai. Yasha's tech stack includes designer skills, and she has relevant experience of 3.60 years. She is proud to possess a strong background of adopting a rational approach and believes in vocalizing relevant opinions and following strong work ethics. Yasha is developing high-end online curricula for the 'Transnational' student and is focused on creating processes for setting workflow automations for simultaneous course launches. She is also creating SOPs and majorly organized documentation for course building processes for scalability.
