Yashraj Nayak is a Developer Relations & Community Professional with over 4 years of experience in building and scaling developer communities and programs. He is currently working as a Community Growth Manager at OutSystems, a low-code platform that provides customers with everything they need to build apps incredibly fast. Yashraj's responsibilities include growing and nurturing the OutSystems developer community in the Asia-Pacific region, collaborating with the global community team to scale developer-focused programs, and encouraging community members to learn, share ideas, and connect with other OutSystems developers around the world. Prior to his current role, Yashraj worked as an India Community Manager and Strategic Partnerships Manager at Progate, an online coding learning platform from Japan with over 2 million learners across the world. During his time at Progate, Yashraj managed the India community, built and scaled programs to engage their community of over 200,000 learners in India, and explored and built early-stage partnerships for Progate in India. Yashraj's experience includes managing programs and initiatives such as Progate's Community Partnership with Hacktoberfest 2020, Progate Learning Jams, Progate Week of Learning, Progate India Community Support Program, Progate Student Ambassadors Program, and Hour of Code™ 2018 Campaign. He has also finalized academic partnerships with 15+ schools and universities in different cities across India. Yashraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed his high school education from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. He has a relevant experience of 6.03 years and is skilled in web technologies.
