Yaskadeva Bayari is a dynamic Head of Central Academic Operations with a passion for product engagement and adaptation. With over 7 years of experience in teaching, managing events, systems and operations, and test and measurement domains, Yaskadeva has honed his skills in various fields. He is a learner at heart, always willing to acquire new skills and knowledge required for his role. Currently, Yaskadeva works at Embibe, where he is responsible for looking into user engagement across the zones to derive qualitative and quantitative inputs and pass them to the Field Team for taking action across clients. He creates engagement reports to be presented to CEOs' Office and creates systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the field team and systematic data capturing. In his previous role as Zonal Head - Academic Operations - South (AP, TS, KA) at Embibe, Yaskadeva formed a team from scratch by identifying individuals across teams internally to ensure better service delivery in B2B Business. He ensured high-paid conversions across the zone by identifying the right customers to serve and proactively solving their problems. He created metrics to identify low engagement of customers and took action by bringing all the respective stakeholders on the same page. Yaskadeva worked closely with the product and tech team to ensure that customer feedback is heard, and the product updates are being worked out to ensure customer expectation. As Lead - Assets Team at Embibe, Yaskadeva closely worked with the product and tech team to ensure that all the individual content created is properly available on the platform. He was accountable for all the media elements supplied to the production team in multiple languages. Yaskadeva grew the Assets Team from 50 to 100 while ensuring high productivity and accountability. He led a team of faculties to support the customer service team to support the customers with academic queries. Yaskadeva holds a Dual Degree and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT. He completed his High School education from Narayana Junior College and Sri Vijnana Vihara English Medium School. Yaskadeva has a strong tech stack, including test, and has relevant experience of 7.36 years.
