Yathartha Soneji is a dynamic individual who possesses a diverse skill set and a passion for technology. Currently serving as a Growth Intern at inai, Yathartha has gained valuable experience in the field of business process management. He is also an upcoming BPM Intern at Machani Group. Yathartha's previous experience includes serving as a Research Intern at the Centre for Analytical Finance (CAF), ISB, where he replicated the Industry Classification methodology given by Gerard Hoberg and Gordon Phillips for text-based clustering of 5800+ firms using NLP in Python. He also worked on data visualization, analytics, and collection of NFHS4 and NFHS5 variables of implemented and non-implemented states to measure the impact of Ayushmaan Bharat on the welfare front. Additionally, he worked on a methodology to infer political colors of top 1000 US firms using sentiment analysis on newspaper articles having bias. Prior to his stint at CAF, Yathartha served as the Officiating Secretary for Technology at Technology Students' Gymkhana, IIT Kharagpur. In this role, he organized Open IIT Hackathon and Open IIT Case Study for 1500+ students on campus and ensured intact delivery of problem statements and coordinating with 20+ Hall Council for Inter-Hall events. He was also responsible for contact with Technology Robotics Society for budget-related constraints and supervision of correct use of equipment. Yathartha holds an Integrated MSc. in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, which he is set to complete in 2024. He also holds a degree from Saint Anselm's Pink City School. Yathartha is a programming enthusiast with expertise in Research Science, Web Development, Sentiment Analysis, NLP, and Python. He is also a tech-savvy individual with excellent leadership qualities, public speaking skills, and creative writing abilities.
