Yiran Pan is a driven and ambitious finance student at King's College London. With a background in both finance and engineering, Yiran has a unique perspective on problem-solving and analytical thinking. After studying at Zhengzhou University in China for two years, Yiran gained valuable experience as an intern at JD Finance, where she discovered her passion for finance and accounting. Yiran's experience in the finance industry includes working as a Financial Analyst at Xiamen International Bank, where she collected and sorted out company's annual reports and other basic information using financial terminals such as Bloomberg. She also implemented asset securitization projects and derivative pricing, which helped the fixed income department increase its investment profit by 2.5%. At Guosen Securities, Yiran worked as an Investment Advisor, where she tracked leading listed 500 companies in the industry, studied key companies, formulated feasible investment strategies, and provided ongoing investment advice to clients. Yiran is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance (Asset Pricing) at King's College London, where she is expected to graduate in July 2022. She previously completed an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Sussex in 2020 and an undergraduate degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering at Zhengzhou University in 2017.
