He displayed excellent customer care skills, was engaged in change management, audit compliance, process quality, and coaching. Yogendrah handled metrics reporting and performance reviews and contributed to new product launches and releases. Yogendrah holds a Micro Masters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Diploma in Hospitality Management from IHMCTAN Bhopal, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Barkatullah University.
