Prior to Dell, Yogendrah worked with Adobe India Software Pvt Ltd as a Customer Care Manager in their Digital Media Group. He managed the Creative Cloud support team based out of Noida location. Yogendrah was involved in activities entailing new talent hiring, retention, motivation, and development. He displayed excellent customer care skills, was engaged in change management, audit compliance, process quality, and coaching. Yogendrah handled metrics reporting and performance reviews and contributed to new product launches and releases. Yogendrah holds a Micro Masters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Diploma in Hospitality Management from IHMCTAN Bhopal, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Barkatullah University.
