Yogesh Kumar is a highly experienced finance professional with expertise in various areas such as FP&A, BU/Category Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Top line/Commercial roles. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Communication from the College of Engineering, Guindy. With almost 13 years of relevant experience, Yogesh is currently serving as the Finance Director, US E-Commerce, at Danone, where he is leading the business and finance leadership for the US eCommerce matrixed Business Unit. He is responsible for setting up processes, including Shadow P&L, Monthly Business Review, and investment performance. Before joining Danone, Yogesh worked as the Biscuits Category Finance Manager at Mondelēz International, where he was the finance partner for the US Cookie business. He managed annual growth sufficiency by partnering with cross-functional teams, assessed pricing structure, Capex review, and network readiness. He also partnered with the category team to build a 3-year Strat-plan, setting up core brands for 12%+CAGR and robust bottom line. Additionally, he drove process improvement initiatives, including developing and incorporating self-service tools. Yogesh also worked as a Business Analyst at Mu Sigma, where he generated business insights through information/data analysis. He built predictive models and other statistical models using tools like SAS. Yogesh's expertise lies in defining the strategic shape of P&L, running P&L diagnostics, and steering businesses towards profitable growth. He has a wide-ranging experience in various finance-related areas that make him a valuable asset to any organization. He is currently part of Danone US eCommerce Business Leadership Team, where he is utilizing his skills and experience to drive the company towards success.
