Yogesh Narwal is an MBA student at DeGroote School of Business with a background in software engineering and infrastructure. With 2.77 years of relevant experience, he is a highly flexible and cooperative professional who has delivered results in various fields and roles. Currently, Yogesh works as a Software Engineer at L&T, where he has managed the delivery of a key application rollout in coordination with three different teams. He has also revised and created 24 detailed application documentation and recorded seven knowledge transfer sessions for future training of developers and application teams. Yogesh has developed three Rally Epics and 45+ Rally features with no fallout for 11 continuous months and initiated cross-team learning, bug, and defect analysis sessions. Before joining L&T, Yogesh worked as an Internship Trainee at Cochin Shipyard Limited. He has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Puducherry and is currently pursuing his MBA with a Co-op program from DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University, which he expects to complete in December 2024. Yogesh is looking for opportunities in the field of Operations and Strategy. He has a strong tech stack that includes software engineering and infrastructure.
