Yogesh Rathod is an experienced product designer with a passion for designing digital products that impact the lives of people. With more than three years of experience, Yogesh has crafted and managed digital products that have helped enterprises impact their customers and employees. Currently, he works as a UX Designer at Narayana Health, where he is responsible for conducting various UX activities starting from defining UX strategy till releasing the product. Yogesh's expertise lies in strategizing a product to the final design, with a solid background product experience and visual design. He has previously worked as a User Experience Lead at Wongdoody and Infosys Digital, where he solved complex problems of big enterprises and provided them with easy and intuitive solutions. His responsibility was starting from understanding the problem by conducting meetings/workshops with stakeholders & product managers, planning and strategizing, conducting user interviews/surveys, qualitative & quantitative research, UX deliverables, final UI/Visual design, and solution prototype. Yogesh's development experience helps him collaborate and understand development problems, support them if any design update is needed, and make the product live ASAP. He has been part of more than five products and helped more than two million people and increased revenue for enterprises. Yogesh holds a Master of Design degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from V.V.P. Engineering College. His tech stack includes designer, product manager, product designer, research scientist, and UI.
