Yogesh Singhania is a Global HR Analytics Head and Senior Manager at Lenovo, leading a team of professionals that serve more than 700 HR team members across 60 countries. He completed his full-time MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of the top institutes in India. With almost ten years of experience, Yogesh is skilled in leading teams in challenging and ambiguous work environments. In his current role at Lenovo, Yogesh is responsible for critical analysis in the areas of Workforce Planning and Management, Diversity, HR Benchmark, Executive Analytics, Attrition, Employee Demographics, and Labor Costs. He has also worked as an HR Analytics Manager and HR Analytics and Metrics Consultant at Lenovo, where he acted as an internal consultant to set up Human Capital Analytics practices and establish a Tableau ecosystem for HR dashboards and reporting.
